Manual, semiautomatic instrument measuring method :

The laboratory should have test tubes, can add 0 ~ 1000 μ lof sample and 15μ l gun each a (plus sample volume as need according to the proportion to add and subtract), 37 °C constant temperature water-bath water trough, etc.

1)  according to the standard dilution standard that sequence.

3)  add 800 μ l each tube reagent 1, blending, and set aside.
